About the Role
You would be responsible for the maintenance of the plant equipment utilising “State Of The Art” Control systems, Sensing, Scanning and Robotic technology.
As one of the production team, you will be responsible for producing product and maintaining, improving plant equipment/processes to deliver continued increases to production KPIs.
Senior positions are available. In these roles you will be expected to lead by example and help foster a productive, collaborative and rewarding work environment.
All roles are very “hands on”, working in a cohesive team environment where all individuals are working together to meet a common goal, seeking to improve performance while being part of the production process.
Positions are permanent and full time. As the plant operates 24/7, you will need to be comfortable working within a shift regime.

Skills and Experience
Process Technicians – will hold a Mechanical Trade Certificate, Electrical Registration or a minimum Level 5 National Certificate in a relevant field.
At least 3 years’ experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
Experience in maintenance and repair.
Critical Thinking, Analytical and Problem-solving skills
Computer and Technology literacy
This role would suit candidates with a work history (but not limited to) of a fitter, electrician, control engineer, mechanical engineer, process engineer, industrial engineer, maintenance engineer particularly if you have an interest in mechatronics and automation.
